According to many Eastern spiritual traditions, our belly is the place where we can experience the Macroscom.
Our belly is the place of Creation, Life Force and Nurturing.
By breathing deeper in our belly, we release feeling good hormones such as endorphins impacting directly our mood and reducing our anxiety.
For me, there is nothing better than to have gentle deep belly breathing to relax and fall asleep.
This breathing meditation aims to calm you down, to regulate your nervous system and to feel the Infinite ever unfolding Life Flow to feel regenerated and refreshed.
Opening your belly with your breath will allow you to:
- release deep fears
- reconnect with safety
- feel nourished
- heal developmental trauma and ancestral wounds
- experience oneness in an embodied way
