I have been spending the last week looking at the Aegean Sea. What a blessing for both my body and mind. All my senses are rejoicing after a deep Feminine retreat which I am still integrating.
When looking at the vastness of the ocean,
my eyes are relaxing,
The spaces between my thoughts expand
To let Beauty flow in.
My jaws and shoulders are dropping
Bowing to the Ground of Silence.
My belly is softening
Receiving the waves of my breaths
Opening my Being from the inside
I enter the Secret Breath.
In these moments,
I am fully one with the vastness of the ocean
With a spontaneous sense of gratitude and reverence to Life.
Far from my hectic mind,
Fully into my body,
I can feel Joy rippling into my cells
Opening and rejoicing each of my senses
Celebrating the innate Sensuality of Life.
Bathing in the Deep Love of Presence

Home.
These kinds of openings are happening when we are in nature, in an inspiring and beautiful environment. We are then experiencing a consciousness expansion during which we can feel both physical and mental wellbeing. Our mind, our body and our sense of identity are expanding for more peace and a sense of belonging and reconnection to Life.
In such moments of expansion, our nervous system and each of our cells are rewiring. A paradigm shift is happening…
I remember when I started to meditate, these moments of consciousness expansion were short. I can still hear my meditation teacher telling me ‘Short time (of Presence), many times’: diligent practice allowed me to come to a place where it is easy for me to let the Space enter my being. Breathwork and somatic healing practices deepened the experience of space in my whole body.
This is the core of my work - to guide my clients to an expanded perception, a softer body, a calmer mind anchored in the vibrating ground of Silence and into Love - for their own being and for Life.
